About our Speaker: Liz Del Borrello Founder & Leadership Coach, Leaders Lobby
Liz Del Borrello is an FBA member and certified business & personal coach specialising in leadership. Her coaching draws on a 25 year corporate career as a communications executive – across mining, government, oil and gas, electricity and professional services.
She retrained with the International Coaching Federation and is now accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (the 2nd highest global level). Liz helps unlock leader potential and strengthen teams, through 1-to-1 coaching and training programs. Her programs deliver leader confidence, increase employee engagement and improve workplace productivity.
Liz also founded a professional networking event in 2022 – Leaders Lobby Perth. An informal event where leaders, future leaders and business owners network, learn and connect with other professionals. (The 31st of July is its 3rd birthday and we’re all invited – more on that later).
Having navigated toxic workplaces, Liz left corporate Australia with a clinical diagnosis of burnout. Today, she will share her journey from overwhelm to crash & burn, symptoms to look out for in yourself and clients, top lessons learned including boundaries and psychosocial risk factors.
