Richard is Chair and CEO of Sharpe Bros (Aust) Pty Ltd, a fourth-generation, Central Coast NSW family business specialising in civil contracting, asphalt paving, and road infrastructure maintenance. Richard helped build the company into one of NSW's leading civil contractors, earning national recognition including the Safe Work Australia Award for Best Workplace Health and Safety Practices. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), Ambassador for Safe Work Australia and current Deputy President of CPA Australia, Richard is widely respected for his commitment to industry innovation, community investment, and family business leadership.
