Tell us about your business?
Our family took over the company twelve years ago, and since then, we have extended our services to Penrith and North Shore. We take pride in our personalised and heartfelt funeral services, designed to honour the unique lives of our clients' loved ones.
As a family of funeral directors, we are dedicated to listening and supporting our clients' families in honouring everyone’s journey. Our commitment goes beyond providing a service; we strive to create bespoke funeral rituals that authentically reflect the life lived. I joined FBA and a forum group nine years ago, based on the advice of trusted friends who are members of the Family Business Association. Being part of a forum group has been immensely beneficial in several ways; it has provided me with a supportive community where I can openly discuss the intricacies and challenges of my business and allowed me to gain valuable insights, perspectives, and advice from fellow members who have faced similar situations. Moreover, the forum group has provided motivation and encouragement. The fact that I have a network of genuinely wonderful and supportive individuals who appreciate a good glass of wine as much as I do was just a happy bonus!
